ALL ITEMS ON OUR WEBSITE ARE POSTED IN EFFORTS TO RAISE MONEY FOR OUR MISSION; ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED TAX-EXEMPT DONATIONS IN RETURN FOR A PRODUCT. 

"PRE-SALES":

Our custom coins require approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production. In rare cases, production may extend to 10 to 12 weeks. Please do not flood our email or inbox, messages on "when will the coin arrive" or "what is the status on the coin." We work tirelessly to get your orders in on time from our manufactures.  

Important Notice:

If a pre-sale item is purchased along with in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. We do not ship orders separately.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Once your package gets shipped and you receive a tracking number, we will not be held liable if USPS loses your package or your package is ripped open and/or items are missing. If USPS loses your package, please contact them and file a claim.

If packages are returned back to us due to an undeliverable address, please note that we will make all efforts to contact you. Once we exhaust all means of communication with you and still unsuccessful after 45 days, we hold the right to return the items back to stock and no money will be refunded.

UNCLAIMED PURCHASES:

Any purchases made through Bleeding Blue Inc. is to be claimed within 45 days. After this timeframe, all items will be returned back to stock and no money will be refunded.
